Help!I need some advice about my testicles

Okay i been developing some pain in both of the testicles...but more on the left side then anything....I never notice my balls before and i accidently before Christmas knick my right testicle with some scissors...Then thats when the pain became more with it,like tenderness first...Then i notice on my left testicle this ball thing above my left testicle which my doctor said was lymph nodes or something to that nature...Looks like my testicles are all wrinkley now and one of my testicles looks a lil bigger then the other one...And i got brown moles that i notice on my left testicle...I went to the doctor about a week ago and he did a test on me twice and didnt feel any lumps or fluid...he said he didnt think it was cancer and thinks it's an slight infection...But to ease my mind i went to get an Ultrasound done on both of my testicles...The guy who did the test has 35 years of knowledge and he said that if it came back bad or the radiologist found something bad i wouldnt be able to leave that day...But i was free to go and said my doctor would get the test results soon well it's been a week and my doctor has them...but he hasnt given me a call and i'm still experince some slight pain not as much as i was and still have these problems...I'm just scared it's something worst and i dont know what to do....[/b]
