| What affect does this citalopram have on you? I know that it is an antidepressant medication that affects neurotransmitters, and that it works by preventing the uptake of serotonin, by nerve cells after it has been released. This uptake is an important mechanism for removing released neurotransmitters and terminating their actions on other nerves. The reduced uptake should result in more free serotonin in the brain and should stimulate nerve cells. How long have you been on this drug? Have you noticed any changes since you’re taking it? |

Well, I don’t know , I thought that maybe this drug would make a difference, but I guess not.
One last thing I could think of is that maybe your balance center is not in order. Have you checked that with your neurologist? Have you asked for 2nd opinions if previous doctors couldn’t help you? |
