Help Me I've Have A Brownish discharge

I've been having this brownish type discharge for 3 years now. I've been started my period in middle school I believe. I am now 19. I've been to 3 different doctors. The last time I been to a doctor they told me they didn't find anything but the doctor before them said that it is called lactobacillus acidophilus. I feel as though I am just wasting money trying to figure out what's going on with my body. At times it doesn't smell at all but a few times I've noticed a smell. It forms on the inner of my labia. it doesn't resemble dried up blood. The best way I can describe it is as rubbing brown glue together with your hands. I know it's a little crazy but that would be about the best way to describe it.
