Hello, I had the same condition once. I had ejaculations so painful, that I stopped having sex at all. It turned out that I had a prostates problem, which was causing the pain upon ejaculation. I needed an immediate treatment, because inflammation of prostate can be very dangerous. I also had pain while urinating, which happened much more often, and was equally difficult to cope with. It doesn’t mean that you have the same problem as I did. Maybe your pain upon ejaculating is caused by something else, like diabetes, gonorrhea and inflammation in the urethra. You should be examined as soon as possible, in case that you need a treatment.
