Help! Did corisone make it worse?

Please Help
I have in the past corisone shots in my foot for my neuroma. It was very succesfull Very Happy . Last week, I had another and the pain is worse than before I went in to see the Doc. Has anyone experienced this before?
Tylenol and soaks help, but the pain comes back.
