Help! Discoloration and small bumps/dimples on penis!

Plz give me some help w/ this. For a while now there has been a kind of 'stripe' of brown skin on my normally white penis. Im a virgin so i dunno the cause, but it runs vertically from the head to scrotum on the underside and tapers as it goes up the shaft. the area is also lower than the rest of the skin and there are dimples along the sides of it. Also there are numerous bumps on my penis (very small though) and i dont know wat they are bcause none of it really hurts and im a virgin still. HELP!

I've had the exact same thing for years, since back when I was also a virgin, still trying to figure out what it is. If anyone has any answers I'd love to hear em.

Its a weird thing called puberity:

Small bumps = chaffing from your shabby palms and pubic hairs

Discoloration = shrinking and expanding your penis over time causes wrinkles and discoloration.
