Help.. Am confused over my wife's condition while inter-cour

Dear friends..

first of all please bear with my english. Am not well verse in it.

My problem : Im newly married. My wife [26 yo.] looks pretty healthy. But.. while we are having intercourse, she couldn't tolerate the pain. most of the times, she used to pass-out [unconscious] before i get climax. Her teeth are locked intact. Couple of times she had to hospitalised.

She doesn't have pubic hair too. But in our ethnicity its quite normal.

Please help me to overcome from this issue.
