Help!!! Brown discharging and cramping

I have a situation here..

Recently, I have been getting a brown discharge with cramping. This has been going on for almost a week now. The first day was like a regular day on a menses, the cramping.. the usual. Well, when that first happen, it was a week after my last menses. After that, I've continued to get the brown discharge and cramping. I was just hoping that it was my monthly menses coming back and was nothing else. All I've gotten for the past week is the brown. It comes and goes. It has no scent to it either.

I don't take any birth control pills and I'm rarely sexually active. Last time I actually was active was 9/23. The last menses was 9/28-10/3 and it was normal. I'm only 26 years old and I don't know what the problem could be.

Any suggestions?

I wish someone would answer this post, because I am having the same thing. I am 34 I started my period on oct 3 it lasted 3 days which is unusal and it was lighter than normal. on Oct 13 I started this brown spotting and cramping and it seems that the more I do (physically) it gets worse. My tubes were tied about 5 years ago, so pregnacy seems unlikely. Anyone with advice PLEASE post going to test tomorrow morning just in case

Yes, I am one of the 'club' also.
I had my tubes tide 22 years ago. It seems that I have one good week out of the month and thats about it!

I do get this spotting stuff a week before it actually comes...it's a real pain and it is ruining my social calender! Wink

It's hard for me to plan anything cause I never know when this stuff is going to come. And a week before my period, if I am sexually active....it is possible to become very embarassing since I can actually start to bleed from it.
