Help!!! I'm 45 yrs female tired with back pain most of the time

I'm 45 female and i feel sleepy,tired,with back pain most of the time....is more painful at nite when i go to bed(even we got a new posturopedic mattress)my joints hurt also i've been trying to lose waight and no matter the diet or exercice i can't lose weight.....sometimes i have palpitations and i get emotional because i don't know what's going on.....i don't take days off because of this i just try to have my mind occupied.....
