Just the other day I was having a birthday party for my son. All of a sudden I became real dizzy,loss of balance and sick to my stomach with hot flashes.Well this has happened to me 2 times in 3 days and it comes out of the blue no sign what so ever has anyone else had this and/or might know what is causing it

Have you gotten your iron checked lately? I know when my iron was low, I felt very dizzy, light headed and nauseous. Perhaps you might want to get a blood test done.
