my girlfriend has been tired for a few days now.
she said it was strange of her sleeping early..like around 9 or 10. she usually sleeps around 11-12. One time we went running and she got very tired right away. I tell her it could be from other reasons such as not sleeping at an earlier time, and stress from family, friends, and school.

She also told me that right after she eats, she feels like using the bathroom.

she also experienced nosebleeds for a few days.
The skin from her hands are also peeling and she's also breaking out on her body...

we're both scared; we don't want a kid right now...

You don't mention if you have had unprotected sex, if she is on birth control or if she is late for her period. She is unlikely to be getting symptoms if she is not late for her period. If she is late, it is a good idea to take a home pregnancy test.

we kinda had unprotected sex.
There were no condoms so she used two pads that overlapped each other.
I only had my jeans and underwear on.
there's no way because she was protected.
even with precum, it can't go through, right?

My GF's period usually comes at the end of the month or the beginning of a new month.

her last month's period was normal.
she had it on july 27th and it ended august 1st.

It is impossible to get her pregnant if you were both wearing clothes. Dont worry about it

If someone is stressed about the possibility of being pregnant you can actually cause your body to display some of the symptoms. Have her take a home pregnancy test to be sure.
