Help for sebaceous prominence?

Ive seen pictures of sebaceous prominence and im pretty sure i have them. Because there is no cure i was wondering if there was any thing i can do to help them or make them better and if they will ever go away and if so how long???

No one can tell for sure if more sebaceous prominence will occur, if they would disappear, when it would happen and there is nothing you can do to change their appearance.
You just can’t change the way your skin is. Since sebaceous prominence may be a result of sebaceous glands’ excessive work and too much sebum accumulation, the glands may be shrank by using a very strong drug called Accutane, which is used for severe acne that didn’t respond to any other treatment.

Accutane has been linked to negative side effects and in my opinion using the drug is not the right answer for something that doesn’t need treatment. It is not certainly known that the rug may help.
