Help im worried about this lump in my vagina

This morning i found a larg lump inside my vagina....Its kinda hard and it has a hole in it. when i explored it more i relized that there was not opening in my vagina but that like tight hole.its alittle swollen on the outside and on the inside.its about two or three inches deep and it hurts alittle after i touch it and i get mild cramps after i touch it .what could it be? Sad
