Help me, Odd vaginal discharge/pelvis pain/

I am a Female, I have been sexually active for about a year now and Lately I have been having sharp pelvis pains, pains in between my hip bones and basically my lower adomen. Also I have been experiencing 'like' little tissue clusters during sexual intercourse they are less then a centimeter and don't happen too often. That I know of they have only occured once. Not only that but beginning about 4 days ago I have been experiencing brown/dark red discharge from my vagina and interior vaginal lips itch. I know it can not be my menstral period because the discharge is not heavy or much. I'ver checked online but nothing seems to help me or match all my symptoms.. help please.
