Help me, i have been having unprotected sex.i have had spotting and pains

I have been having unprotected sex ,i somtimes get pains during sex,if its to rough.I have had spotting already twice like about 1 week before my period,it is pink in colour and just last 1 day. Everytime after sex i always have pains in my abdomonon,it feels heavy.I have also lost heaps of weight during this time.Im worried im pregent,but i have already done a test which was negativ.Doc said i need to do another one.I hope someone can help me.

IF you are worried about beeing pregnant why are you having unprotected sex??
Unprotected sex = a high chance of pregnancy
Unprotected sex = high risk of STD's and infections

Therefor due to the 2 statments above.. it could be any of those.. pregnancy, STD or infection. Also I would get a second opinion and take more than one test.

im not completely sure if ur pregnant or not.. but the reason u are probably losing weight is because sex is great exercise!! it really is i call it sexercise!! that might also be y ur abdomin feels heavy so to say, because u could possibly be workin it during sex... dont know if this helped.. but i hope so..
