Help me i think i am pregnant?!?!?

Hey I'm 19 years old and I had unprotected sex I havent had my period for 2 months now and I am Scared I am Pregnant I have also Gained weight Craving weird things and Peeing alot.. I hurt every now and then and I have had a lot of morning sicknesses!! My boobs are also Sore.. and have started growing alot lately i have went up 2 cup sizes.. I know a few of the symptoms! I took a Pregnancy test a week ago.. but it came out negative does that mean im not??? What should I do Should I Wait a week or 2 and try taking another test? It doesn't Matter if I am or Not.. I mean I do still live at home with mom but I think My mom wouldnt Say anything But yet then again I am the baby So I think she would be hurt that i got pregnant without being married even though my sister got preg.. and my brother got a girl preg while not married.. What do you think I should Do? ANY SUGGESTIONS???

go to the doctors and have a blood test done. they are very accurate!
