im 14 and i can pull my fore skin back most of the way unerrect but it hurts and there is a like a roll of skin that looks like it is choking by bell with a thin string of skin goin from my forskin to my bell ...when im errect i cant pull it back much maybe half way down the bell... is it the stringy bit of skin stoping it? what shall i do ?
plz help
