My son is an alcoholic and is drinking eight litres of cider a day . a couple of months ago he took so many paracetamol and other pills over a few days at this time he was only drinking two liters a day now its gone up to eight . i don't know how he isn't dead. he has now developed a stutter and cannot think of his words and struggles to speak . he also has involuntary head movements which have only just started . he also has memory loss. i know all this is a result of his drinking . but i don't think he is being honest with the doctors so they don't really know how ill he is. he is tired all the time and sleeping then when awake drinking. when he gets up on a morning the first thing he does is go to the bathroom and he starts throwing up. he is taking folic acid, thaimine. and vitim b
