hi. start by watching a movie of some sort. with kissing or something. then go into a private room. make sure you won't be disturbed. this is your moment and your privacy. now lay down on the bed/gournd. make your self 100% confortable. then take off your clothes slowly. caress your brests make noises softly like you were having sex. now think of fanticies. now move your hand down to your vagina. use one finger to start rubbing rub softly not to hard at first. make it pleasurable. go harder and harder deeper and deeper. just keep touching there only do this for 20 minuets maximum. for your first time. do it every day. and go 5 min. more each time.
