Help please, Do I have cancer?

I have this lump around my gluteus maximus and its been there for a while. Its starting to hurt now and was wondernig if this could be a sign of cancer? IM kind of scared to go to the doctor cause I dont wanna have to go through the humiliation. Maybe It could be a boil?
