Please, does anyone know what this is?

About a week ago my anus was quiete abit itchy, then acouple days later my scrotum is now red and itchy, but no pimples or any signs etc, it is also a tiny big around the pubic area... please help, I doubt it could be anything very serious as I am still young and a virgin...
