Im Really scared right now i have been sick with ear infections and sinus infections for a while and i havent been eating or drinking alot and just lately i have been not urinating alot like ill feel lik ill have to go pee and then when i go it just a little.And My pee is very very yellow.Also it hurts like a yeas infection.Could it be the medcine im on?Also when i couph and sneeze i urinate abit in my underwear please Help does anyone know anything about this please help!

I also forgot to mention that it feels uncomfortable down there and when i cough it hurts alittle bit also before i go pee a little it hurts too.please help
