Hi!

For a couple of days I have had some weird cramping in my stomach but no bleeding and it is not like normal cycle cramps. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative but could I still be pregnant or is there something else wrong? Sometimes I will spot but it is not normal cycle spotting. I have taken several pregnancy test over a period of about a month and a half. What else could be wrong??
