Hi there!
I'm 26.my girlfriend is virgine and she doesn't like loose it right now.so we hav anal intercourse for 2 or 3 times.but that's very painful for her.so we stopped that.
please help me is any less painfull way for anal intercourse or method which maybe women made enjoyed too?

1. Make sure shes very aroused. If she is tensed up at all it will be harder for you to get in.
2. Use lots of lubrication. Theres no natural lubrication there, so the added lube will really help.
3. Go SLOW. Especially to start. Really REALLY slow. Once you're all the way in you can speed up a bit to as fast as she finds enjoyable but going slow to start is generally best.
