Help with Penile Washing.

Im 15, When i was 14 i found out about my tight foreskin. I went to a doctor and with treatment I can now pull it back easily, But i still have not washed it, as it hurts quite alot to touch. Is there, by any chance, a step by step way of getting it less sensitive so im able to wash?

It may help to use an ice pack or cold water to numb it before you wash it.

Lots of stimulation can help build up a tolerance against the sensitivity The more you touch the little nubs around your crown which are the *nerves" the less sensitive it will be. so my advice Pull your foreskin back, and put body wash in your hand then palm your head and give it some light twists to wash it until your sensitivity slightly fades, or try washing it with your thumb
