Help with my persistent symptoms

Hi. I am a guy 34 year old and I am puzzled with my persistent symptoms. I have often optical migraines which are accompanied with slight headaches, and I can't get rid of them! I am seeing lines, spots, and sometimes I even get flashes. I was taking painkillers, but all they do is make me sleepy or even sometimes dizzy.

I really don't know what to say. These cases aren't often, and some of them are documented. When these patients go to the doctor, doctor always says: migraine! and nothing more. There is a slight possibility that they are psychologically based. The cause might be depression, or some personal problem. If this is the case, it could bi ok to go to some support group or something. Sorry I couldn’t help.
