I need Help with my undiagnosed symptoms. I have some red bumps on my penis. They appeared right after sex few days ago. I am 16 years old, I can’t do to doctor. Are those warts? There is a burning to. Please help me!

Your undiagnosed symptoms sounds to me like something else then warts. It could be some irritation…even STD. Did you us protection? It is likely "rugburn” Which caused by the friction created during sex, especially around the base of the penis which doesn't become much lubricated. Tell your parents about it.
