I am schedule to have internal & external hemmohoid surgery and I am very scared at this time. I would like to hear from anyone who has had the surgery and if it was worth it, even after the pain and recovery. I am willing to go through whatever I have to if it is worth it in the end. I also exercise everyday, which is very important to me. I ride a stationary bike & walk 4 miles everyday. How long after surgery will it be before I can go back to my daily exercising.
