I was just wondering if Vitamin B is good when you got Hepatitis C. I had hep B for 18 years but I was told by my doctor I have hep C also..What are the best vitamin to take..My age is 39...Thank you very much.....

go to any browser and type in WHAT VITAMINS ARE GOOD FOR HEPATITIS C and a whole bunch of articles will come up with different vitamins that will help
