My friend has just been diagnosed with hep c and it looks like he is very nervous and jumpy about it. We all try to help him as much as we can, but to be honest, there is not much we can do. He already started with the therapy and now we can only hope for good results. I have heard that hepsera could be used effectively for hep b, but what about hep c?
I am not sure, but these two conditions, even though similar, have their differences, and therefore different medications. Hepsera is a type of medication that cannot cure the patient, but it can slow the progression of illness and the growth of virus. Even though effective, it might have some side effects that could case even the stopping of therapy.
