Hey there,
It is best to rest a lot and do not lift more than 10 pounds for 3 months… But I guess that is what doctors told you… that’s it, nothing more for hernia recovery.

speghalian hernia, i had a op in november to repair hernia and have been unwell ever since, recently i had to go for another scan and they have told me that i have a blod clot left from the op they have assured me that this wont cause me any harm but im not so sure, can anyone advise pls.
all i know is from they did the op my general health has deteariorated conciderably, however they insist it is not from the blod clot?????? |
