I have herniated disc that causes me back pain. It is caused by poor posture because I have to spend 8 hours daily sitting. To be honest, I don’t like physical exercises very much. I think that pain aggravates by stress. Every time I’m under psychical pressure troubles with herniated disc get worse.

You really have many conditions that contribute to back pain. Poor posture is the first of them. Else, prolonged sitting especially in inadequate chair and sleeping on too soft mattress. Stress is also very important factor because has influence on circulation and adequate blood flow in back. Take care about your foot wear and walking habits because they are as important as chair that you sit in 8 hours daily and your posture.
