Im getting an abortion in 4 days and i was wondering if i were to have unprotected sex could i get pregnant again...? or will the abortion take all the risk of that away?

You can have unprotected NOW, it would not make you pregannt again..

HOWEVER , you should not have sex 1-2 days prior to the abortion, because you want everything to be as clean and normal as possible.

So it wont cause me to become pregnant again? beacause dosen't sperm stay in the body for 7 days or will the abortion remove it from my system...? im having the vaccume asperation...if that helps any.

Sperm can live for up to 5 days, BUT, you are not going to ovulate so soon after the abortion, so it would be safe.
