| I have a hiatal hernia that bothers me (sometimes for an entire day) when I do simple household suites--vacuuming, dishes, laundry. I'm starting a new job on Friday. I'm setting up a new store. That will require a lot of heavy lifting, bending over, carring products, etc. I am VERY worried doing all of that will really irritate my hernia and I'm not sure what I should do. Tell them I just can't risk seriously hurting myself? Or just deal with it? It's two days of store set up. Help! |
