Hello,
My doctor called me today and told me I have high level of triglecerides. He didn’t want to go into any debate, he just made an appointment in three days. I am very curious what this is. Is this dangerous? Should I reduce high level of triglecerides?
Thanks in advance!

Hey,
It could be dangerous for some sort of heart disease or stroke. People with High Level of Triglecerides are more likely to get TIA or stroke then those with low levels of triglecerides. You should definitely reduce it. Solution in proper nutrition/ reduce all grains and especially sugar!
