Hi there, I am a guy who is 34 years old. I have a pretty stressful job and because of that my stress hormone (cortisol) levels are high. Could you tell me how can this exactly interfere with my life? It would be nice if I get an answer soon. Thank you in advance for every information you give me.

Hello, I will tell you something about this. It has been proven that you will have problems with your memory if you have high cortisol levels. I mean, the other day I forgot where I put my car keys and it has been a while till I found them. This is a problem, because everyone wants to have a successful career but that has a price. This is only one example.
