I am in third Trisemester and my friends say that my BP should not be beyond normal, I am having 138/110, Is it within the permissible level? if not can you please advise the right reading and tips to have it controlled.
I am 34years old and on Insulin 12-0-8 units, having strict diet as well.
Please help.
