Holistic healing and mental health

Hello, folks. My brother suffers from depression and I am afraid that official medicine didn't help him much. We were thinking of trying something new. My mother thinks we should start with holistic healing. I would really appreciate if someone could share his/her experience in this. Thanks in advance. Bye!

Hello. My cousin tried with that approach. I think she had some improves. Holistic health uses benefits of talk therapy. They combine talk therapy with other alternative holistic methods like diet and nutrition. Holism emphasizes the mutual connection between body, mind and spirit. Holistic healing is against medications and poisoning the body with them. They emphasizes the connection between psychological and physiological. I hope your brother will be better. Bye!
