right after my last period I was involved in intimate foreplay. I had stopped using the pill about 2 months prior to this. Before I started using the pill I had extremely irregular periods, they would come 2 months to 4 months in between. If I was still on schedule with how my periods came when I was on the pill I should have gotten my period a week ago, but I know that off of it I am extremely irregular. I am experiencing period cramps in my back, upper legs, and front. I got nervous so I bought a home pregnancy test, and it immediately came up negative (about 10 seconds after I took it out of my urine). Is there any advice anyone can give me? should I start to chill out about being pregnant? Do the period cramps mean that I should be starting my period? What is the chance that I am pregnant? any answers to these questions would be extremely helpful.
