Hi to all,

I am 1 year married and we really wanted to have a baby. In the first 3 months after our wedding, I thought I was pregnant because I haven't got my period for 2 months. Then I consulted my obgyne then she gave me some vitamin intake. Now, my last period was January 15 and I haven't got my period and my obgyne said that I am not pregnant and I am having hormonal imbalance. I am currently having pain in my uterus like dysmenorhea. Please help me, I would like to know any kind of treatment on this. Thanks....
