Hi,
My menstrual cycle became irregular about a year ago. I have not started a period on my own for about 7 months without progesterone pills. When I miss a period, I get really sick, get random cases of rapid heart beat, I have headaches, frequent sickness. Doctor's have ran every test possible. There have also been changes in my bowel habits. Had a colonoscopy that came back normal. Had and MRI of my head for the headaches that came back normal, had a CT scan which showed that I had small cysts on both ovaries. I'm very moody, depressed, get frequent headaches, but all only when I miss a period. Not sure what or why this has happened. It was very sudden that my periods became this way. Could this be a hormone imbalance. Or some other underlying cause. Its strange that all of these symptoms happen around the time of my menstrual cycle. Are there any test that I should ask my doctor to run besides a CBC. |
