I live in Kentucky, which I hear is the worse place to be if you have allergy problems. I've tried everything, and nothing seems to help, they either make me feel sick to my stomach, or don't help at all. Some days I have allergy attacks so bad I've been to the Doctor thinking I had a sinus infection. Does anyone know of any Vitamins or any Herbs I could take to feel better?
