Hi. I have big problems with stress and I hope someone could help me with some good advices.
I'm 22 year old student and I believe if go on like this- I will live about 10 more years.
I remember when I was in high school, I used to get terrible headaches and vomiting episodes before every test I needed to do.
I thought my problems will disappear when I grew older a bit and get use to these exams and tests but situation only got worse.
Now, beside “old problems” I started to suffer from terrible pain in my lower left abdomen and it happens every time before some exam.
What should I do?

I know what you are talking about because I have suffered from almost same symptoms some years before.
But, beside symptoms you have mentioned I had also blood in my stool and unbearable pain in my abdomen. So, I have contacted my gastrologist over this and do you know what he has told me- you are not my problem! He said that I suffer from some disease called Irritable bowel syndrome and that there is no cure for me on that clinic because only psychiatrist could help me. So, I have visited my psychiatrist and she prescribed me some anti-anxiety medication called Prozac which I should drink a day before my exam and all my problems disappeared.

I used to worry about everything. Perhaps this might help:
It'll help more if you believe in God (whatever His name may be).
Imagine the worst case scenario, then ask yourself: is it really that bad. Surely, you can live with that.
We all have the strength to deal with a lot of shit in life, you'll be amazed.
When bad things happen, it could just be a lesson to make us stronger. When good things don't happen when it's supposed to, perhaps the time is not right and you're not ready.
Don't compare yourself with others. Have faith in yourself and in God. Just do your best and believe that good things will eventually to good people. Think of the good people around you.
Sing a happy song or do a few cartwheels. You can choose to make yourself happy.
