Hello im fourteen and i dont actually know how to masturbate i was wondering if anyone could help

lay down and put a sheet/blanket/pillow under you and bring it through your legs and pull it keeping part of it under your body for thrust.

it's amazing and doesn't take long to real feel amazing

Take a cucumber or similarly shaped object and put some olive oil on it, insert it into your p***y and push it in and out. It should feel great!

Make sure to clean up when your done.
