Lately I’ve been feeling nausea very often. At least 3-4 times per days, I cant tell what is the cause, it seems to me that it has been triggered by many things, sometimes it is smell, sometimes food…I am not sure. What can I do to control nausea? I don’t feel sick; I don’t think need to see a doctor.

Honey, if you are girl there is always possibility that you are pregnant, if not…well I can suggest you some things to control nausea but I think that you should consult physician anyway….start with food, try with Angel food cake, toast and crackers, pretzels, fruits or vegetables that are soft or bland…. Avoid foods such as: fatty, greasy, and fried foods, spicy, with strong odors. Avoid drinking liquids with meals, using alcohol and tobacco.
