How Does One Get Bacterial Infection?

Hi, I don’t know how did I get bacterial infection of throat. I avoid to drink cooled drinks and I have not been out in cold air. How does one get bacterial infection?

Hi, I believe that you can get infection even under same conditions as when you were healthy. Probably, your immunity was weaker so, you were susceptible to developing an infection. Bacteria are normally present on the kin and in the body. You can get an infection from someone who already had it. By coughing or touching, or by coming into contact with objects which were exposed to bacteria. You must pain attention not to meet or be nearby an infected person, because person to person spreading is the most common for respiratory infections.
