Hello, folks. It seems that I am little overweighted and my doctor suggested me to start with exercising. I have never done this before, so I would like to know how much exercise you do. I would really appreciate if anyone could tell me this. Thank you for everything. Bye, guys!

Hello. It depends on several factors. I think it would be best for you to talk to a fitness instructor. He will make you a personal training program. In general, it is the best to exercise 3-4 times a week. I go to the gym 4 times a week. I spend there for an hour and a half. However, since you are new and with no condition, you will start with shorter period of time. I hope you will see the results quickly. Good luck!
