I need to take Beta-Blockers for awhile because I have high blood pressure. I heard that it’s very important to take Beta-Blockers correctly. I’m not sure that I know what is right way to do that. Please, can somebody with experience tell me How Should I Take Beta-Blockers? Some advice? Thanks!

First, you should know that beta-blockers have many side effects. It’s very important to take only the prescribed daily dosage. You may create an instruction sheet and use a weekly pill container to simplify your medication taking process. And avoid taking any other medications without first consulting the doctor who is treating you for high blood pressure.
