Hi. I suffer from a stress disorder – anxiety, so called post-traumatic stress disorder. When I was a kid, I got caught in the middle of some street shooting. Thought I was dead, couldn`t hear a thing, but I was standing on the street, paralyzed, shaking like a leaf, sweating. I was like 5 or 6 years old and I still can`t stand guns, shooting sounds, even loud noises. I often have panic attacks or something. Don`t know what to do. How are anxiety and stress symptoms managed?

Hi. I suffer from anxiety (I fear of dying), and I relax myself with my friends. I hate being alone. When I`m alone, I think, when I think, I think about dying. I had two life-threatening situations in my life and sometimes I panic over nothing, like when I have drive my car, or travel far away (I had a car accident a year ago). Some say that meditation rules, but I have poor concentration. Friends and a good movie, or food, sweets, ice-cream (yeah, I put some weight on, another problem), maybe just lying down on bed, that is my anti anxiety and stress recipe.
