Hello, I am 31 years old and I have been in fitness and bodybuilding for almost two years. I like to combine both light exercises and heavy weights because I believe in effectiveness of diversity. Yet, my obligations these days are not allowing me to train 5 times in a week, as my program requires. How big problem is to miss a session?

Well, I guess it all depends on the program and your current physical shape and condition. Some statistics and researches say that only two training sessions per week are enough to maintain achieved condition, though I am skeptic about that fact. I do not like to skip a session, because it affects my program, I have to change it and make it up somehow. If you are in a serious program, slipping a session is not a wise thing to do at all.
